Job Summary:
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Youth and Mass market manager is responsible of developing value proposition to address the market demand for two main macro segments which are youth and Mass Market. He/she is the main responsible of the customer base growth. The person needs to have a clear understanding of the behavior of these two segments which represent the real actual and future asset of the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Value proposition
Lead and guide the team to have a complete understanding of the needs of the two main segments
Drive the team to the digital customer journey transformation
Guide the team through the market demand process
Ensure the team deliver relevant GTM for each segment
Support the team in developing constant market engagement for each segment
Use all sponsoring and events where Orange Liberia is engaged to drive product and propistion adoption as well as brand affinity
Support business planning team with relevant assumption in delivering business case for products, promotions and value proposition for youth and mass market
Ensure the company achieve expectation for rural strategy
Build a strong relation between marketing and distribution with integrated plan
Business review
Provide a comprehensive revenue gap analysis for voice and data
Provide also customer base analysis specially for gross addition, reconnexion, churn
Provide a quantitative and qualitative information needed for monthly and weekly Business review
Lead the Marketing weekly performance analysis and the input for the war room as well as the rural initiatives
Implement relevant dashboard that will help clear monitoring of youth, Mass market and rural behavior and performance
Pricing
Define the optimal and affordable pricing for all products, promotions and value proposition for youth and mass market segment
Ensure compliance to the pricing guidelines of the company according to pricing strategy approved and LTA rules
Ensure consistency in company pricing for voice, data and digital
Provide best value for money for both segments
Create differentiation in the proposition using telco and non telco benefits
Ensure there is no cannibalization of the revenue
Market animation
Provide clear benchmark on what is done within the industry for both segments
Develop and implement events including sponsoring that are relevant for each of the two segments
Develop and implement promotions that matter for youth and mass market in line with business trends
Develop the brand affinity initiatives
Manage global company NPS plan and execution
votre profil
Master's degree in Marketing/Digital/Statistics/Customer service/Understanding of distribution in telecom and mobile money/Digital Believer/Excellent in Excel and powerpoint. At least 5 years of experience in Marketing B2C, digital marketing. Proven experience in building managing value proposition. Good knowledge of telecom business dynamics. Strong knowledge telecom( voice, sms, data; roaming, mobile money).Strong Financial/Data analytical and reporting skills
