The assignment consists of providing support on all regulatory, process and legal aspects related to NSO operations, MoUs, and general legal assistance across the region. The tasks involve identifying regulatory gaps and enabling conditions for urban investment, advising on institutional and governance arrangements, aligning project documentation with AfDB policies, and preparing recommendations to strengthen the urban legal environment for scalable and sustainable urban programs in the region.
