The Civil Society and Community Engagement Division (AHGC2) is organizing its 2026 Division Retreat to critically evaluate 2026 implementation of the Civil Society Engagement Action Plan 2024-2028, define 2026 strategic priorities aligned with the President's Four Cardinal Points, develop the Division's 2026 work program with measurable indicators, clarify roles and responsibilities, and strengthen team cohesion. The Division is seeking an experienced consultant to design the retreat methodology, facilitate all sessions using participatory approaches, and produce comprehensive retreat documentation, including the 2026 work program and implementation roadmap.
