The core objective of this assignment is to strengthen SEFA’s results-based management system by ensuring the systematic generation, quality assurance, aggregation, and strategic use of monitoring and evaluation data across the SEFA portfolio.The Consultant will serve as the focal point for portfolio-wide performance management, ensuring that all SEFA-funded interventions are rigorously tracked against the SEFA Logical Framework and the Bank’s High-5 priorities. Key focuses include:
1. Operationalize and maintain a robust M&E framework aligned with SEFA’s Logical Framework and the AfDB Results Measurement Framework, ensuring consistency in indicators, methodologies, and reporting standards across all SEFA-funded operations.
2. Aggregate and analyze portfolio-level results to generate evidence on SEFA’s contribution to key strategic priorities, including energy access, renewable energy deployment, and private sector mobilization.
