The consultancy services to be provided under this tender, include site identification and full feasibility studies for BESS and tentatively, the battery capacity is approximately 60 MWh to be confirmed by the studies. In addition, the consultant to be selected must prepare the feasibility studies for Photovoltaic Systems on Municipality Buildings and Improvement of the streetlights systems in the City of Windhoek. AfDB is simultaneously issuing another EoI for a related assignment for the City of Windhoek. Consulting firmsare welcome to apply for the other assignment as well.
