The services to be provided under the Assignment include: (i) conducting a diagnostic of existing trust fund oversight practices to identify gaps and risks; (ii) developing a standardized, risk-based supervision framework covering the full lifecycle of trust funds and associated operations; (iii) proposing clear governance arrangements and roles across stakeholders; (iv) reviewing an operational procedure manual with tools, templates, and workflows; and (v) ensuring full alignment with the Bank’s Digital Backbone to enable efficient and automated supervision.
