The Legal Consultant, Administrative Affairs Division (PGCL.4), provides legal advisory services and handles the following matters under PGCL.4's mandate: (i) Litigation and other forms of dispute resolution, (ii) Human resources, Staff retirement Plan and Medical Plan issues, (iii) Drafting, reviewing, negotiation and interpretation of Contracts, and supporting Standing Committees (such as the Disposal Committee, Purchasing Committee, Disciplinary Committee, Gifts Committee, Sponsorship Review Committee, etc.), (iv) Partnerships and Cooperation, and (v) Support to Institutional Bodies, such as the Senior Management Coordination Committee (SMCC), and the Boards of Directors and their respective Committees.
