Date de publication: 18-mai-2026
Date de clôture: 31-mai-2026
Domaine: Information Technology
The Consultant will be responsible for the following key areas:
1. RPA Design and Development
Develop End-to-End Solutions: Design, test, deploy, and maintain RPA bots using Power Automate or UiPath.
Automate Core Functions: Streamline finance, Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and vendor management workflows.
Integrate ERP Systems: Connect automated workflows seamlessly with ERP platforms, specifically SAP.
Build Robust Frameworks: Implement standardized workflows, reusable code components, secure credential management, and advanced error handling.
2. RPA Control Tower and Bot Governance Framework
Design and implement a centralized RPA Control Tower at the FIFC2 level to supervise, monitor, govern, and optimize all current and future bots. The architecture must be secure, modular, and scalable to support continuous portfolio growth through four core pillars:
A. Real-Time Monitoring and Operations Oversight
Track bot uptime, downtime, transaction successes, failures, and retries.
Generate SLA compliance dashboards and operational performance reporting.
Identify process bottlenecks and live execution anomalies.
Provide unified operational visibility across all automated workflows.
B. Intelligent Exception and Incident Management
Automate detection for workflow failures and system anomalies.
Categorize root causes across data, system, integration, logic, or infrastructure levels.
Deploy automated retry, escalation, and intelligent rerouting mechanisms.
Integrate Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows for manual interventions.
C. Performance Analytics and Optimization
Evaluate bot productivity, asset utilization, and cost-per-transaction metrics.
Establish automation performance benchmarks.
Deliver predictive maintenance indicators and continuous improvement strategies.
D. Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
Maintain comprehensive audit trails and continuous bot activity logging.
Enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) and strict access controls.
Align bot operations with ISO standards, ITIL principles, internal controls, and audit mandates.
Monitor financial and ERP process risks while detecting transaction anomalies.
3. Process Automation Support
Document Processes: Map, review, and finalize AS-IS and TO-BE process maps.
Translate Business Logic: Convert business rules and control checkpoints into technical automated workflows.
Target Financial Activities: Automate open item analysis, cross-GL reconciliations, and blocked transaction monitoring.
Enhance Controls: Build automated prepayment validation notifications and exception reporting management.
Ensure Compliance: Guarantee that all automated outputs are accurate, traceable, and audit-ready.
4. Testing, Deployment, and Support
Manage QA Cycles: Draft test cases and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Stabilize Deployments: Support go-live deployment and post-implementation hypercare stabilization.
Resolve Incidents: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix production automation incidents.
Optimize Performance: Refine existing bots to improve speed, reliability, and maintainability.
5. Knowledge Transfer and Capacity Building
Empower Internal Teams: Conduct training and coaching sessions for permanent staff.
Create Assets: Produce technical documentation, operational runbooks, and clear user guides.
Secure Handover: Facilitate a sustainable knowledge transition to ensure full internal ownership of the RPA solutions.
